The International Agri-Center will host the 25th annual California Antique Farm Equipment Show (CAFES), April 28-30, in Tulare.
Hundreds of antique trucks, tractors, engines and farm equipment will be on display during the three-day show. Antique earth movers will be in action as they dig in the exposition area, and there will be a swap meet area for iron works, antiques and wood crafts.
Saturday, April 29, will feature an antique auction, vintage and boutique shopping areas, food trucks, and live entertainment! Activities for kids of all ages include gold mining, pedal pulls, a rock wall, RC cars, carnival games and the famous Pie Eating & Milk Chugging contests.
“The Central Valley is surrounded by and reliant upon agriculture,” said Jerry Sinift, CEO of the International Agri-Center. “We relish the opportunity to bring the community together to commemorate the rich history of this industry with a fun, family weekend.”
Other highlights include a weekend-long Tulare County 4-H Fair, an antique tractor pull exhibition and the famous fried chicken dinner on Friday evening, the steak dinner on Saturday evening and a pancake breakfast and worship aervice on Sunday morning. A new addition to CAFES,
