Sheriff Attends Graduation of Murder Victim’s Son

Tulare County Sheriff Boudreaux attended the graduation of Juan Bravo this week. Juan’s mother, Cecilia Bravo Cabrera, disappeared in 2016 after a trip to Tachi Palace with her husband, Francisco Valdivia. Cecilia’s car was found on fire near Traver the next morning. Valdivia, along with another wife he had in Mexico, are behind bars for her murder. But Cecilia’s body has never been found. Despite the traumatic loss Juan and his family have suffered, he persevered. Juan joined the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Program and graduated from Visalia Charter Independent Study Tuesday night. He plans to now pursue a career as a TCSO Deputy Sheriff.
