On November 25, Detectives with the Porterville Police Department Special Investigations Unit responded to a residence in the 2300 block of West Morton Avenue to conduct a probation compliance check. 

During a search of the residence pursuant to the terms and conditions of probation, Detectives located methamphetamine packaged for sales, cocaine, and drug indicia consistent with the sales and use of narcotics.

Christopher Goings was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale, maintaining a residence for drug sales or use, commission of a felony violation while on bail, and a violation of probation. He was booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department South County Detention Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Audrey Lawson was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale, maintaining a residence for drug sales or use, and possession of cocaine. Lawson was booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department South County Detention Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail.
