Porterville College SMART Lab has just finished another fun filled summer full of science camps. There were five weeks of summer science camp this year.
Life, earth and physical science modules were covered.
Some activities included: dissecting octopus, examining Lubber grasshoppers, refracting light, making slime, making Oobleck, exploding Diet Coke geysers, shooting air compressed rockets, water rockets, and chemical reaction rockets off, engineering with Legos and a dry ice experiment.
It was a messy and fun time for all.
