Porterville Fire Department responded to a grass fire
Porterville Fire Department responded to a grass fire roaring behind Mulberry Village at approximately 1 p.m. Friday, sending plumes of black smoke into the air when it burned the fencing separating the townhomes from the tall, dry grass and several businesses in the area.
