How would you like to live in a body that has more natural energy than you know what to do with? The tid-bits you’re about to learn will help you take charge of your heath immediately. Someone around you may even join in your journey to ultimate health.

Let’s start with where our body energy comes from. We’ll take this journey back as far as the light and warmth from the sun. Sunlight is made up of a rainbow of color frequencies. Our eyes pick up those frequencies and send them to our hypothalamus. This gland is the boss over all the messages our cells send to each other. When the full sunlight frequencies fill the hypothalamus with warm, loving feelings, the body’s cells send happy messages to each other.

When dark clouds cover the sun for long periods of time, our cells tend to send more grouchy messages to each other. If the grouchiness gets very bad very often, we call it “Seasonal Affective Disorder”, a very SAD situation.

One of the best treatments for SAD is the full color frequencies from sunlight. It’s easy to get. Just remove anything that comes between your eyes and the sunlight’s frequencies; walls, windows, sunglasses, glasses, or contact lenses. These things filter one or more of the frequencies out of the visual spectrum and the hypothalamus is left wanting.

Many of us spend almost all of our time indoors or away from the full color frequencies. We’re taught that sunlight is bad for us. It gives us cancer, and we all get scared when we hear that deadly word. What they don’t tell us is that all we have to do is be in the shade outside and the light can still reach our eyes.

The naturalnews.com website tells about Dr. Auguste Rollier. He was called the sun doctor because he opened his European “Sun Clinic” during 1903 in Leysin, Switzerland. He became the most world famous heliotherapist.

He wrote a very influential book: Heliotherapy. By 1933, he had opened 36 clinics and successfully treated over 165 different diseases. He said, “the sun was an unsurpassed broad-spectrum medicine.”

If the sunlight was good for us 100 years ago and now it’s bad for us, what has happened in one short lifetime?

Today we wear fashionable sunglasses and sunscreen, and go to tanning beds instead of exposing ourselves to the sun. At the same time, cancer statistics have skyrocketed. It can start to make sense when we remember that sunlight has a large variety of frequencies ranging from Ultraviolet (UV), x-ray, gamma and cosmic rays, long and short wave radio waves, microwaves, and infrared rays. Some are harmful and some are helpful. The helpful ones help the harmful ones not be as harmful.

For example, some of the UV rays cause cancer, and the infrared rays heal cancer, etc. The infrared rays are warming to the body and cause burning when the skin is exposed long enough. If we wear a lotion that stops us from burning, then we stay out in the sun longer. However, we are increasing our exposure to the UV rays at the same time.

At the turn of the 20th century, the chances of getting cancer were about 1 in 80. At the turn of the 21st century the chances are about 1 in 3.

The sun doctor used a wholesome diet in combination with sunshine to treat over 165 diseases. Is that simple or what? There’s probably a lot of “what”; like what do I eat? What do I buy at the grocery store? What about a picky family member who doesn’t want to change? What do I do about my budget? What can I do about my current symptoms while I’m waiting for my body to heal? What do I do to take charge of my health completely?

Getting full spectrum light into our naked eyes can happen immediately by stepping outside. If we were to change the light bulbs in our houses and schools to full spectrum, we would do a lot to lift the SADness from our community.
