Youth basketball seeks players

RECORDER STAFF REPORT

THE PORTERVILLE RECORDER

Registration for the City of Porterville Parks and Leisure Services Youth Basketball League has begun.

The league is for boys and girls ages 5 to 13. The cost is $45.

Practices begin in late November with the first games scheduled for Jan., 12.

Weekday registration is taking place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Porterville Heritage Center, 256 E. Orange Ave.

Volunteer coaches are also needed.

Receive $5 off your childÂ’s registration when you volunteer to be a head coach.
