Conditions of Reprint Sales

Photos available for reprints must have been taken by a Recorder photographer or reporter, must have been published in the Recorder or on a Recorder web page, and must have been published after October, 1998.

Photo orders must be prepaid. You will be contacted for verification of payment information prior to your order being processed.

Any and all photographs are sold to the buyer on the condition and the agreement of the buyer that the photo(s) are not to be used by the buyer(s) or subsequent purchaser(s) for any advertising purpose, in violation of California Civil Code Section 3344.
