CSET recruiting local youth for employment
Community Services Employment Training (CSET) is recruiting Tulare County youth ages 16-21 for a work readiness and job training program.
Youth@Work provides work readiness skills and job placement assistance. Youth are placed in a local business such as retail, food service or other industries.
“This is a great opportunity for youth seeking job training and work experience,” stated Sylvia Manriquez, assistant director of Youth Development. “The Youth@Work program can give our young people the work experience and job skills they need to be employed.”
No previous work experience is needed and there are a limited number of positions available.
Orientations are currently being held at the Visalia and Porterville Employment Connections and the Orosi CSET office.
For more information, call the Employment Connection at 713-5000 in Visalia, 788-1400 in Porterville or the Orosi CSET office at 528-1095.
