Woman reports vehicle break-in near Lake Success

Someone broke in to a woman's vehicle Sunday near Lake Success and stole several items.

Tulare County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched at about 6:11 p.m. in response to a vehicle burglary report.

Victoria Obera told deputies the theft occurred sometime between 3 and 6 p.m. in the area of Lake Success, the Sheriff’s Department reports. Deputies learned that unknown suspects used force to enter Obera’s vehicle.

Obera, 31, estimates the value of her loss to be about $900.
