Tulare man dies from gunshot wounds

Tulare police are investigating the death of a 21-year-old Tulare man who was found with fatal gunshots wounds Tuesday night.

Tulare PD said two gunshot victims were found Tuesday, the first a 22-year-old man who had suffered a wound to his leg. The second was Luis Ramirez, 21, who had been shot in the body and died at a local hospital

The investigation determined the two victims were shot during the same incident. The homicide is the sixth of 2012 in Tulare.
