Armed suspects hold up Rainbow Market

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Department reported that late Monday afternoon, two armed suspects attempted to hold up Rainbow Market in the 600 block of East Date Avenue.
According to the TCSD, the two men demanded cash from the register. The two subjects fled on foot to a nearby awaiting vehicle before receiving any money. Officers were sent to the store after an alarm was triggered.
No subjects were injured during the incident and no property was taken.
The case is under investigation.
