Man booked for being under influence

A 32-year-old Lindsay man was contacted by authorities Wednesday for not leaving a bar.
Tulare County sheriff’s deputies responded at 9:55 p.m. to 807 S. Mirage Ave. where Arturo Baca Moreno displayed obvious signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Deputies searched Moreno’s vehicle and located a glass smoking pipe containing 0.3 grams of a crystal-like substance, which tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine.
