Traffic accident blocks Highway 65 south

A woman was transported to receive medical aid for minor injuries after a traffic accident at the intersection of Highway 65 at Linda Vista Avenue Tuesday evening.

At approximately 6:30 p.m., a Dodge pickup and a Toyota Corolla collided at the intersection, partially blocking the southbound lanes of traffic.

California Patrol Officers were called to the scene to pilot traffic around the aftermath of the incident.
