Terra Bella boy reports child abuse

TERRA BELLA—On Friday, a confidential boy from Terra Bella reported an alleged incident of child abuse to authorities.
The boy told Tulare County deputies that his mother’s 48-year-old boyfriend had struck him once in the face with a closed fist approximately four days earlier.
