TULE RIVER INDIAN RESERVATION — Porterville resident Bernard Brown was booked at 10 p.m. Thursday into the Porterville Substation on suspicion of arson.

Tulare County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the Tule River Indian Reservation after a report of an arson fire.

After investigating the incident, Bureau of Indian Affairs Federal Wild Land Fire Investigators detained Brown.
