PIXLEY — A woman was arrested Saturday for allegedly displaying symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Tulare County sheriff’s deputies contacted Sherry Williams, 46, at 5:36 p.m. in the area of Terra Bella Avenue and Main Street in Pixley.

Williams was arrested and transported to the Bob Wiley Detention Facility.
