Officials say inmate's death a homicide
Investigators at Corcoran State Prison are investigating the murder of an inmate serving time for murder.
Authorities say Delbert Miller was found dead in his cell Thursday morning.
The 69-year-old was serving 81 years to life after a 2008 conviction for first degree murder in Humboldt County. He had been at Corcoran since July.
Miller’s cellmate, 20-year-old Kyle Alexander Osborn, was identified by authorities as the suspect.
