MLK March in Tulare Monday

The Tulare County Alliance Of African American Women will hold a celebration and march Monday in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.

The celebration will be held at the Tulare Community Center, 830 S. Blackstone Ave. in Tulare, beginning with a continental breakfast at 10 a.m. The march will begin at 11 a.m. and will end at the center where a lunch will be served.

Keynote speaker is Tina Tyler Smith, a youth minister with the Living Christ Church in Tulare.
