Missing Lindsay man being sought

Tuesday afternoon, Tulare County Sheriff's Department officers responded to the Lindsay Police Department where a family member reported Felix Garcia, 62 of Lindsay, missing. 

Garcia is considered at risk because he suffers from dementia and has other medical problems. 

He was last seen Tuesday morning at about 11 a.m. walking east from his residence in the 21600 block of Brooks Avenue, north of the community of Lindsay.

Garcia is described as an being 5-foot-9, 170 pounds, with grey hair and full grey beard. He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt and black pants.
