LINDSAY ­­— Lindsay man Jose Sanchez Lukin, 54, allegedly made threats of death or great bodily injury Thursday toward victim Fermin Campus Arizpe, 42, also of Lindsay.

Tulare county deputies responded to a call concerning a report of criminal threats at 6:44 a.m. When they arrived, the victim informed deputies that a known suspect had threatened his life in the area of the 24000 block of Road 204.
