BREAKING: Police investigating shooting near Hillcrest Cemetery

Porterville Police detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred near Hillcrest Cemetery.

The incident was reported around noon near the 140 block of North Crestview Street. Police scanner reports indicated there were two gunshot wound victims. Both were rushed to Sierra View District Hospital by private vehicle. 

There were also reports of two armed suspects fleeing the area into a nearby orchard
