PC to hold college and financial aid night

Porterville College will hold a college and financial aid night for all high school seniors and parents in the Porterville area starting at 6 p.m. today in the Granite Hills High School Cafeteria, 1701 E. Putnam Ave.

The evening offers an opportunity to meet with the college faculty and staff to obtain valuable information on the transition from high school to higher education.

College and Financial Aid Night will feature financial aid workshops, information on how to register for PC online, how to obtain priority registration, transfer information and informational tables with PC representatives. The information tables are open from 6 to 7:30 p.m., with the FAFSA presentation slated for 6:30 p.m.

Parents are encouraged to attend and refreshments will be provided.
