Three at-large in home invasion, carjacking
Authorities have yet to make arrests in a home invasion that took place early Wednesday.
The incident occurred just after 9 a.m. in the 7400 block of Road 232. The Tulare County Sheriff’s Department reports that deputies were dispatched to a home in the area in response to a home invasion.
When deputies arrived, they found the victims, all family members, scared but unharmed, the sheriff’s department said.
According to reports, during the investigation, it was discovered that three suspects entered the home through the home’s locked front door, placed each victim on the ground and tied their hands behind their backs.
The home was ransacked and as the suspects fled, taking the victim’s vehicle, the sheriff’s department said.
