Pedestrian struck by vehicle on Highway 65

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Highway 65 near Pioneer Avenue at approximately 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
A person was taken to the hospital. Traffic in northbound lane of the highway was diverted at Henderson Avenue.
Emergency personnel from city and county as well as law enforcement from the city, county and state responded to the incident.
