Traffic collision victim identified

The 21-year-old man killed when the small car he was riding in collided with a big rig west of Porterville Monday has been identified as David Hernandez.
Hernandez was sitting in the back seat of a Dodge Neon when the driver of the Neon ran through the stop sign at Road 168 and Avenue 152 and into the path of a large truck and trailer.
The victim was flown to Regional community Medical Center in Fresno where he died. He was the only person injured in the collision that occurred at 10:50 a.m. Monday.
