Kids clubs begin at Hillside Community

PORTERVILLE

Children ages 3 to fourth grade are invited to AWANA Clubs and fifth and sixth graders are invited to PATH 56 at Hillside Community Church, beginning Wednesday, Sept. 12 from 6:25 p.m. to 8:05 p.m. These clubs are Bible-based. Weekly activities include singing, playing team games, Bible lessons and memorizing Scripture.

Theme nights such as Inside-Out-Night, Build-Your-Banana-Split, collecting non-perishables for the less fortunate and AWANA Grand Prix with pancake breakfast, are just a few of the activities planned for the club year. All activities are structured for the appropriate level:

Cubbies, ages 3 and 4; Sparks, kindergarten to second grade; T and T, third and fourth grade; PATH 56, fifth and sixth grade.
