Ghost tour offered at Allensworth State Park

A 90-minute lantern light ghost tour will be offered at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Allensworth State Historic Park. Participants will walk through the darkness while hearing stories of strange events and happenings around the town.
The Porterville Ghost Society will be on hand to demonstrate how their equipment works.
Visitors are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring flashlights and their imagination. The tour is $10 per person and children 12 and under are free. For more information contact (661) 849-3433.
