25th Farm Bureau gala March 3
VISALIA — The Tulare County Farm Bureau is hosting their 25th annual fundraising gala to support scholarship and educational programs in Tulare County on Saturday, March 3, at the Visalia Convention Center.
This fun-filled formal event includes fine dining, a popular wine drawing and a one of a kind performance by musical comedians Brinnon and Marks. These talented performers dazzle audiences with their 101 Voices and Faces performance that appeals to all ages and from all walks of life. Brinnon and Marks have performed all over the U.S. and abroad leaving audiences with face and belly pain from continuous laughter.
Tulare County Farm Bureau’s education and scholarship programs are funded by a charitable (501c3) trust established in 1988. These educational programs include annual school garden grants, the nationally recognized Youth Leadership program, agricultural literacy programs, and a countywide Calendar Art Contest held in partnership with the Tulare County Office of Education. Last year Tulare County Farm Bureau awarded nearly $18,000 in scholarships to local students pursuing agricultural studies.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6:15 p.m., followed by a gourmet steak and lobster dinner.
