Bunco party to fund family services

Walk With Me, Family Services is hosting a Bunco Party on Friday, Feb. 22.

The goal is to raise funds to continue the ongoing support of Walk With Me, Family Services, a nonprofit, to provide counseling to the community in an effort to strengthen both families and the community as a whole.

The group was able to accomplish so much with the funding raised at last year’s bunco party.

It covered much of the cost of the overhead it takes to continue the services the counseling center provides.

This year, Walk With Me, Family Services hopes to raise enough to cover the administrative cost of supervision at the center. The supervision provided allows an intern to work for free to very low cost with clients. When families get help healing, the entire community benefits. Walk With Me, Family Services would like to extend an open invitation to the community to attend.

Anyone who is interested in helping or involved in strengthening their local community.

Tickets must be purchased in advance by Feb. 15.
