Crime blotter 12/06/12
Information below is provided to The Recorder by the Porterville Police Department. It is noted that only arrests are reported and the suspects have not been found guilty of any crime.

Auto Theft
Officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of South F Street regarding a stolen vehicle. The victim reported that between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. suspect(s) stole his unlocked 1995 Chevy Silverado from the roadway in front of his house.
Burglary
Officers responded to Tony’s Radiator on West Orange Avenue regarding a commercial burglary. The investigation determined that the suspects used bolt cutters to enter the gate. The suspects broke into a Ford Mustang parked inside the property and stole the battery and a radiator core. Physical evidence was located at the scene and the case remains under investigation.
Warrant Arrest
Officers contacted Steven Davison, 27, during a pedestrian contact at Morton Avenue and Palm Street. He had an active warrant for parole violation and was booked at TCSO.
Grand Theft
Officers responded to 867 West McIntire Ave. regarding a theft report. The victim reported that suspect(s) have taken property from her residence on two separate occasions in past three months. The victim stated that approximately three months ago, she had $1000 missing from her purse. The victim also reported a play station 3 controller, and an X-Box 360 were missing from the residence.
