Healthy Cooking class to be offered at SVDH

Cooking for a Cause will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the cafe’ patio at Sierra View District Hospital, 465 W. Putnam Ave.
The program is presented by the Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center and SVDH in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The public is invited to the educational evening about breast cancer. The event will focus on cancer and nutrition and include informational booths, cooking demonstrations, prizes and more. Refreshments will also be provided.
This event is free to the community and made possible by the Porterville Breakfast Rotary Club.
Attendance is limited and reservations are required.
