Crime blotter 11/29/12
Information below is provided to The Recorder by the Porterville Police Department. It is noted that only arrests are reported and the suspects have not been found guilty of any crime.

Residential Burglary
Officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of North Jennifer Way regarding a residential burglary. The reporting party found the rear door open and the inside of the house was ransacked. The case is under further investigation.
Residential Burglary
Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of North Stonegate Cove for a residential burglary report. The victim reported that the burglary occurred between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Entry was made by breaking a window. The suspects stole an Xbox 360, Xbox games and a necklace. Physical evidence was located at the scene.
Vehicle Burglary
Officers were dispatched to a vehicle burglary that had just occurred in the 500 block of South Cottage Street. The victim was asleep when she heard her vehicle alarm sounding. She walked outside and noticed a suspect had shattered a back window to her vehicle and stolen her purse.
