Crime Blotter 10/20/12
Information below is provided to The Recorder by the Porterville Police Department. It is noted that only arrests are reported and the suspects have not been found guilty of any crime.

Domestic Violence
Officers responded to the sub-100 block of North H Street regarding a domestic dispute. Officers arrived and contacted Brian Ball, 32, and his live-in girlfriend, Sharlene Lisenberry, 27, who were involved in a physical fight after arguing over a cellular phone. Further investigation and a juvenile daughter, who was present and witnessed the incident, led to determining both parties were suspects. Both Ball and Lisenberry were arrested for Domestic Violence and the child was released to a responsible family member. Five guns were seized from the residence and were later placed into PPD Evidence for safekeeping. Both Ball and Lisenberry were booked at TCSO.
Attempted Vehicle Burglary
Officers responded to the 100 block of South Jaye Street regarding an attempted vehicle burglary. The victim stated that the suspects forced the rear driver’s side window down. Officers located physical evidence at the scene and the case remains under investigation.
Petty Theft
Officers responded to Belmont Street and Morton Avenue regarding the theft of lumber from the Ranch Victoria Estates Construction Site. A witness reported the theft being committed last night by two juveniles that took the lumber to the 700 block of Rose Lane. Officers responded to Rose Lane and located the lumber, along with the two juvenile suspects, a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old. Both juveniles were arrested, and the lumber was returned to the foreman at the construction site.
Vandalism
Officers responded to Walmart regarding a vandalism report. The victim related unknown suspect(s) broke her driver side vehicle window. Nothing was taken or disturbed.
Warrant
Officers contacted Kyler Redwine, 19, during a traffic stop at Newcomb Street and Henderson Avenue. Redwine had an active warrant for his arrest. An unloaded AR15 rifle was located in his vehicle, and he was in legal possession of the firearm. He was later released on a cite to appear, and the firearm was booked into PPD Evidence for safekeeping.
Trespassing / Warrant
Officers responded to the 100 block of South ‘A’ Street regarding a verbal altercation between two subjects. Officers arrived on scene and observed suspect, Alfredo Bonilla, 22, fleeing from the scene. He was observed going into a residence, unknown to the occupants. He was located inside the residence hiding in a closet. He was detained at the time and determined to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was transported to TCSO where he was booked.
