PARA hosting GOP Assembly President Grieg on Sept. 20

PORTERVILLE

The Porterville Area Republican Assembly will be having a special speaker for its meeting at La Fuente Mexican Restaurant , 29 North Main St. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20.

California Republican Assembly President Celeste Grieg, whose political background lists multiple accomplishments and accolades, not only within California’s Republican Party and the CRA, but countless organizations as well, will be the speaker
Grieg’s Hispanic and Latina heritage, according to her, did not catapult or capture her fame and fortune, but hard work and a strong desire for the American Dream. Owning a special management business and working with many high profile clients in the entertainment business, Grieg quickly learned that California’s tax system didn’t help the small businessperson, it hindered them.

Additionally, PARA will be receiving a “Special Membership” Award from the CRA.
PARA has reduced it’s new membership’s from $25 a year to $20 in celebration of this special event.
