PIXLEY — A Tulare woman was arrested Tuesday after authorities were dispatched to a disturbance call.

Tulare County Sheriff’s deputies contacted Annette Haas, 29, at about 8:25 a.m. in the 700 block of Terra Bella Avenue.

They determined that Hass was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance.

Hass was arrested without incident and booked on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
