Domestic Violence
Christopher Aguilar, 25, assaulted the mother of his children in the 200 block of East Tule Court. Aguilar fled the scene in a white, late 90’s Ford truck. Aguilar is being sought by police regarding this investigation.

Burglary
Officers investigated the report of a vehicle burglary at Home Depot. A victim reported having his vehicle parked in the north parking lot while working. The victim had a passenger side window on his vehicle smashed. A portable DVD player was missing from within.

Burglary
A victim reported the burglary of her residence at 59 South Indiana Street. The victim returned to find her front door standing open and her television was missing.

Burglary
A victim in the 900 block of South Indiana left the residence and returned to find her back door forced open. Nothing was missing from the residence

Warrant service detail
During the detail, officers attempted to serve 47 warrants out of the Sector 3 Search Warrant Binder. Out of those 47 warrants; 17 were served, 24 were checked and unable to locate the individuals with no further leads to their whereabouts, and 6 were placed back into the warrant book due no contact being made at the locations. Officers also had two arrests for possession of drug paraphernalia and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

DUI
Officers contacted Jairo Uribe during a traffic stop. Jairo was the driver of the vehicle and was driving while under the influence. Jairo was arrested and later booked at Porterville PD.

False ID to a Peace
Officers / Immigration Warrant / Unlicensed Driver
Officers contacted Ricardo Diaz during a traffic stop. Ricardo was the driver of the vehicle and was unlicensed. Ricardo provided Officers with a false name but his true identity was later revealed during fingerprinting. Ricardo had an immigration warrant and was later booked at the Porterville Substation.
