Thank you Faggart Buick
Editor,
My wife and I purchased an 2009 GMC Acadia back in May 2009. Early on we began to have problems with the vehicle. In most cases the problems were diagnosed and repaired.
Because of the problems with the vehicle, my wife and I filed with General Motors under the Lemon Law. Just recently, GM agreed to purchase or buy back the Acadia.
To the credit of Faggart Buick, the service department and especially Rudy Pacheco. They are in now way responsible for the quality control of the vehicle during its assembly.
Rudy Pacheco made it incredibly easy for my wife and I to transition into a 2012 Buick Enclave. He made it just as easy during the purchase of the Acadia in 2009 as well.
Most people hate to purchase a vehicle because they, including myself, experience high pressure sales and the back in forth negotiations. This does not happen there and that is why I purchased the Enclave. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Faggart Buick as long as they stay in business and I encourage those of you looking for a new or used vehicle to give them a try, besides keeping it local.
As a side note, I do not work there nor do I have any interest in the company except for being a customer. I just believe that one should give credit where credit is due.
Again, thank you, Rudy Pacheco.
