Illegal dumping

To whom it may concern:

To the person who drove out of town and dumped their dead Christmas tree, shame on you. Apparently you have no manners or respect for anyone. Could you not wait for the city of Porterville recycle facility to open?

Why is necessary for you to dump your trash on others? Better yet, be a responsible adult and put your trash in your trash can.

I hope you have a happy new year, but keep your trash to yourself.
