Wish Upon A Star tourney a success

I would like to thank the 111 golfers who came from all over the state to participate in California Law Enforcement’s Wish Upon A Star Golf Tournament back in May at Valley Oaks Golf Course in Visalia.
The golf tournament is one of Wish Upon A Star’s three annual fundraisers and helped us raise a net profit of $17,653.
That money will be used to help us grant wishes for California children with high-risk and life-threatening illnesses.
We invite everyone to participate in next year’s tournament on May 14 and in our next fundraisers, Shave the Brave on Sept. 12 at Plaza Park in Visalia and our Oldies Dinner-Dance & Car Show on Sept. 26 at the Visalia Airport.
