TKMEA Honor Band performing Saturday

The Tulare Kings Music Education Association Honor Bands will perform at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Frank “Buck” Shaffer Theater inside the Porterville Memorial Auditorium, 465 W. Olive Ave.
Jim Kusserow, Porterville High School Panther Band Director, will conduct the 83 students in the middle school band.
Dale Enstrom, director of bands at Fresno City College where he also teaches brass ensemble and music fundamentals, will conduct the 81 students in the high school band.
Tickets are $4 for adults and $3 for seniors, age 65 and older, and children, age 12 and younger.
