No love here

Editor,

I read your article about the sheriff’s department shutting down the flower vendors on Valentine’s Day, nice going. So the Agriculture Crimes division doesn’t have anything else to do but pick on some flower vendors. Someone must have got a promotion.

The sad thing was they used your venue and facebook to brag about how they shut these people down on what should be a happy occasion, which in this economy we have very few and supposedly, the most romantic day of the year. What kind of police force do we have? Shouldn’t they be doing something constructive like making sure someone isn’t doing some real damage to our water system?

Heaven help the City of Boston. They have flower vendors in the heart of their City maybe they could close them down next Valentine’s Day. Just an idea in case there is not enough work for them.  By the way, these vendors have beautiful things and the customers seem to love them. Wonder what these cops got their wife’s for Valentine’s Day. I am glad I am not married to one of them. I say shame on all of you. Especially the paper for making them look like heros.
