You are either too young or too old to remember Gang Sue Tea Garden on North Main, north of Morton.

You can still order “hot chicken” at the “Pig Pen” (not the same, but good) at Olive and Main. It’s not on the menu; you have to say, “hot chicken,” and don’t forget the water chestnuts.
