Gerald T. Meier II

THE PORTERVILLE RECORDER

Gerald T. Meier II passed away at the age of 41 on October 20, 2009, after a short battle with Leukemia.  Gerry was born in Porterville, CA on April 4, 1968.  Born to Gerald and Linda Meier.


Gerry attended Burton for elementary and junior high school.  He attended Monache High School, class of 1986.  He worked for Lawrence Tractor for almost 20 years.


Gerry was born and raised on the Meier Ranch, west of Porterville, CA.  His hobbies were riding ATV’s, playing video games and hanging out with friends and family.


He is survived by his sons Cody Meier and Corey Meier; father Gerald T. Meier I; sister Debbie Meier; brother Justin Meier; aunt Nancy Beinhorn; 3 nephews and 1 niece.


He was preceded in death by his mother Linda (Ebbert) Meier; grandfather Robert Meier and grandmother Mabel Meier.


Visitation will be held at Myers Chapel on Sunday, October 25th from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  A graveside service will be held at Woodville Cemetery on Monday, October 26th at 1:00 PM.


Interment will be held at Woodville Cemetery.
