Mark Ashton Brown, 28, of Owensboro, Kentucky died Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at home. He was born on August 9, 1979 in Lindsay, California.

Mark was an honorable and happy person with a big heart.

He was employed as a directory assistance operator for AT&T and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served a two-year mission in Southern Texas where he learned to speak Spanish.

He loved computer games, especially Everquest.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Charlene Brown on January 7, 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Heather (Hunt) Brown; a son and daughter, Aubryn and Samantha, both at home; his parents, Kenneth and Nancy (Olsen) Brown of Porterville, CA; two brothers, Jared Brown of Phoenix, AZ and Aaron Brown of Visalia, CA; his father and mother-in-law, Jim and Pam Hunt of Utica, KY; a brother-in-law, Clayton Hunt and two sisters-in-law, Emma and Madeliene Hunt.

Services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008 at James H. David Funeral Home Chapel in Owensboro.

Burial followed at Rosehill Cemetery in Owensboro, KY.
