Le Bistro chef to appear on KMPH 26

Pete McCracken, chef and co-owner with his wife Wanda of Le Bistro, 33 W. Putnam Ave., will be a guest of Kim and Kopi on KMPH “Great Day” on Monday and will be demonstrating some of the tapas featured at Le Bistro on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

“Great Day” with Kim and Kopi has featured Chef David Vartantian, Vintage Press, Chef Eric De Groot, Roger Rocka’s, Chef Martin Franco, Pangea and Chef Malachi Harland, The Chef’s Table, among many other San Joaquin Valley chefs.
