Pleased with hospital

This letter is to publicly thank Sierra View District Hospital and their amazing staff for the wonderful care our daughter Janae received on Dec. 18.

From the moment we entered the ER to the day she walked out the front door we were treated with the highest quality of treatment anyone could ask for. She ended up having an appendicitis attack and ultimately surgery in the early morning hours of Dec. 19. Ryan, Leo, and Andervar (sure its spelled wrong), were the best. They are all ER RNs. They were so attentive to Janae. When she was moved to a room it was on the third floor and her nurse was Lori. She was waiting for Janae and immediately worked to make sure she was comfortable while awaiting her upcoming surgery. She was amazing as well. So kind and accommodating to all of us.

The doctor who had three emergency surgeries before Janae knew we were all waiting so he came out around 1 a.m. and said I don’t want you to wait until morning, so I will go ahead and do the surgery now. We were so grateful. Dr. Hakimi explained everything to all of us in depth. Surgery was perfect and she is recovering well.

In conclusion, we would like to say before you bad mouth our local hospital have basis. We could not have been treated better anywhere else. We are grateful to having such kind, caring and professional people working right her in our local hospital.

Thank you all and Dr. Hakimi, you are the best. Can’t forget to mention the sweetest of the sweet, the OR nurse. She was great to Janae, as well as the anesthesiologist; he was wonderful too. We were really tired by this time and, sorry, but I forgot your names.
