Suncrest Bank names VP of human resources

Suncrest Bank announced the promotion of Cyndy Paulus from executive administrative assistant to the position of assistant vice president, human resource officer.

As the assistant vice president and human resources manager at Suncrest Bank, Paulus keeps the wheels turning with her diverse background in human resources, administration and training. She has a degree in organization leadership, and a masters in human resources.

“I really love the people aspect of what I do,” said Paulus. “That’s why I chose the specialty of human resources for my masters. I’ve worked in human resources my whole life, and I’m happy to have the opportunity to bring my skills to an environment that can use them. At Suncrest Bank, we build on each other’s talents and rely on each other’s specialties.”

Paulus enjoys community involvement, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Visalia Breakfast Rotary. She also teaches classes in Human Resources, and Business and Finance for the University of Phoenix in Visalia.
