Freeze take 2nd at Triple Crown World Series

The Central Valley Freeze 10-and-Under softball team traveled to the Triple Crown World Series in Park City (Utah) and finished second (out of the 11 teams that qualified for the tournament).

The Freeze took on competition from Colorado, Utah and California and finished with a 5-4 record to finish behind the Calexio Dynasty (6-1-1) for the B Divsion title.

In addition to the team title, the Freeze’s Presley Jameson notched a victory in the 10-and-Under Division’s Home Run Derby. Adriana Marquez and Mariah Mason also competed in the derby.

Jameson, Marquez and Mason also participated in the All-Star game, July 8.
