Right side of morality

Editor,
On Wednesday, Nov. 21, I read the article in The Recorder on page 3A about lawmakers in San Francisco voting to ban public nudity. It seems that the homosexuals in the Castro District of San Francisco want to continue to flaunt their “exposed genitals” at any time, including while riding public transit. But the “haters” on the board of supervisors narrowly voted to stop their “free expression.”

I was not at all surprised that 5 of the 11 supervisors thought that it was OK to be in public without any clothes on, including while riding the world famous street cars.

After finishing that article, I turned the page to find Michael Carley’s commentary; “The World Didn’t End,” in which he defends gay marriage. Homosexual, same-sex marriage is just the beginning of what this “gay agenda” is about. They do not just want to be left alone to do their own thing. They will not be satisfied until everyone of us “celebrate” their perversion. They want to ride the bus naked next to me and my family.

Mr. Carly wants to be on the “right side of history.” At the end of my life, when I stand before my God, I would rather be on the right side of morality.
